A good cocktail matters. So does how you feel while drinking it. VELOUR is designed as a warm and intimate place where you can settle in, take your time and feel genuinely looked after. Our service is attentive without being formal, and our team is always available to guide you without overcomplicating the experience. You do not need to know the language of cocktails. Simply tell us what flavours you enjoy, and we will take it from there.
MADE BY NORDIC ETHANOL
VELOUR is connected directly to Nordic Ethanol, our organic distillery in Copenhagen. Instead of building our cocktails around standard commercial spirit brands, we create each element ourselves. This gives us the freedom to develop spirits and flavours specifically for the cocktail in which they are used.
It is an uncommon way to operate a cocktail bar, but for us, it is simply the most honest way to create something original.
